Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DoWell Nutrition website and consultation services. By accessing our website or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

Our Services

DoWell Nutrition provides educational nutritionist consultations focused on:

• Dietary supplement guidance for men
• Facial skincare selection guidance for women
• General wellness education and information

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Booking and Consultations

Booking Process

• Consultation bookings are subject to availability
• All bookings must be confirmed by DoWell Nutrition
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason

Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed
• All fees are in Czech Koruna (CZK) or Euro (EUR) as specified
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-shows may forfeit the full consultation fee
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following circumstances:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation
• Consultations cancelled by DoWell Nutrition
• Technical issues preventing the consultation from taking place (for remote consultations)

Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and provided during consultations, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and educational materials, is the property of DoWell Nutrition and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

Educational materials provided during consultations are for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or distributed without our written consent.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
• Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Treat our staff and consultants with respect

Prohibited Uses

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar items transmitted through our services
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DoWell Nutrition and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
